We are looking for Sales (Face to Face) staff to join our team.
Telemarketing experience is a big plus because it helps a lot with performance inside the mall.
Job Requirements:
• Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Comfortable going outside the shop, walking in the mall, and giving out free passes to customers.
• High energy and good communication skills.
• Always smiling and able to deal with customers in a friendly way.
• Able to keep personal problems separate from work and stay professional.
Salary System:
• Basic Salary: 2500 – 3500 AED (depending on experience).
• Bonus: starts from 1000 AED per month (easy to achieve) and can reach up to 7000 AED based on performance.
Total Monthly Income: around 3500 to 9000+ AED.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وبروح إيجابية.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بأهداف المبيعات.
• الاستعداد للخروج خارج المحل والمشي داخل المول لتوزيع Free Passes على العملاء.
• طاقة إيجابية عالية وشخصية اجتماعية.
• ابتسامة دائمة وقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء بكل احترافية.
• القدرة على الفصل بين المشاكل الشخصية والعمل، والمحافظة على أداء ثابت ومهني.
نظام الراتب:
• Basic Salary: بين 2500 – 3500 درهم حسب الخبرة.
• Bonus: يبدأ من 1000 درهم شهرياً (والبونس سهل تحقيقه)، وقد يصل إلى 7000 درهم حسب الأداء.
متوسط الدخل الشهري: يتراوح بين 3500 إلى 9000+ درهم.
