As we enter a new phase of modernization and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Store Manager who can take full responsibility for daily operations, team performance, customer satisfaction, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of driving efficiency, discipline, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service • Drive daily sales performance and meet monthly revenue targets • Support sales team in assisting walk-in customers • Resolve customer complaints professionally • Maintain high customer service standards • Develop relationships with local contractors and B2B clients Store Operations Management • Oversee all store activities: opening, closing, cash handling • Maintain store cleanliness, display quality, and merchandising • Ensure fast and accurate billing at the POS • Supervise daily operations and staff performance • Maintain safety and store cleanliness standards Inventory & Stock Control • Ensure accurate stock levels, especially fast-moving SKUs • Monitor low stock items and coordinate reorders • Support stock counting and discrepancy investigations • Verify incoming goods against invoices/GRNs • Prevent stock loss, leakage, and pilferage through strict controls Staff Leadership & Performance • Supervise sales staff, cashier, helpers • Train employees on product knowledge and customer service • Plan work schedules and manage attendance • Motivate team to meet sales and service KPIs • Enforce discipline, standards, and company policies Purchasing & Supplier Coordination • Communicate daily with Purchasing team on replenishment • Provide demand forecasting and high-selling item insights • Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and vendors Financial & Reporting • Manage daily cash, card, and credit transactions • Submit daily sales reports to management • Control store petty cash within approved limits • Ensure proper documentation for all expenses ERP & System Usage (Odoo) • Use POS, Inventory, and Stock modules • Train staff on system usage • Ensure accurate data entries and proper stock adjustments Benefits Offered • Company Visa • Medical Insurance • Annual Flight Ticket • Competitive Salary Package • Monthly Performance Bonus • Employee Discount on Products • Annual Paid Leave (30 Days) • Training & Development (Product + Odoo System) • Career Growth Opportunities • Professional, stable work environment • Overtime Pay (when applicable) • Mobile Allowance (for selected candidates)
