We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience, strong bookkeeping skills, and the ability to handle both accounting and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include:
• Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Maintain financial documents and coordinate with auditors.
• Handle accounts payable/receivables, payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and reconcile statements.
• Assist in HR tasks such as attendance monitoring, payroll, and maintaining employee files.
• Office admin support, documentation, HR assistance, and front-desk tasks.
Requirements:
• UAE experience in accounting & admin
• Knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting principles and UAE taxation
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Good communication and organizational skills
