Job Summary :
The Project Head will lead, manage, and oversee interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, design teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management
Lead and manage multiple interior design & fit-out projects simultaneously.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and budget limits.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
Client Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
Understand client requirements and ensure design implementation matches expectations.
Handle client meetings, approvals, material selections, and updates.
Team Leadership
Supervise designers, site supervisors, and project staff.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Assign tasks and ensure team performance meets company standards.
Technical & Design Oversight
Review drawings, BOQs, material lists, and technical details.
Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project goals.
Approve design changes, samples, and finishes.
Quality Control & Safety
Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with design standards.
Maintain safety protocols and ensure all staff follow site safety rules.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports.
Maintain project documentation, contracts, and site records.
Track material orders, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
Requirements :
5–6 years of experience in Interior Design / Fit-Out Project Management (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of project cycles: design, approval, execution & handover.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in project-related software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).
Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple teams.
UAE driving license (preferable).
